Digital transformations rarely fail for lack of technology: they fail for lack of leadership, with disconnected initiatives, competing priorities, and results that go unmeasured. Our Digital Transformation Office exists to ensure that leadership, from diagnosis to sustainment, with a roadmap prioritized by return, a governance model with clear roles and approval levels, and metrics per initiative. We use the proprietary THRUST framework (Target, Harness, Realize, Unlock, Scale, and Thrive), which organizes the journey into six phases, from the business case to sustainment.
